About Us

Who We Are

SAVE Family Foundation is a clinician led, Northern California based nonprofit working to expand access to mental health, nutrition, housing stability, education, and rural health across our communities. Founded by the Kondle Family and led by Sabita Kondle, MA, LMFT, LPCC, SAVE grew out of years of grassroots volunteer work into a foundation that does not just connect people to care, but delivers it. We bring together therapists, volunteers, and families through programs designed to break down stigma, offer real support, and remind every family that they do not have to face hard moments alone.

About this year’s gala

An inaugural tradition

A Night of Light marks SAVE Family Foundation’s inaugural gala, launching an annual tradition that will spotlight a different one of our core pillars each year. This year we are focusing on mental health awareness and access, an area where our work over the past year revealed just how deep the need for support runs within our community. We are also continuing to advance our mission in education, food security, and housing stability.

The heart of the evening

Every therapy funded lights a lantern.

Through our signature Donate-a-Therapy program, your generosity directly funds professional mental health sessions for people who could never otherwise afford them: the underserved, the overlooked, the families quietly carrying more than anyone should carry alone.

It’s a simple idea with a profound reach: when a therapy session is funded, a life begins to change. And on the night of the gala, that act becomes something you can see. A room full of lanterns rises, each one standing for real support given to a real person.

Together, we can break down barriers and open doors to mental health care, bringing hope, dignity, and lasting change to those who need it most.

The centerpiece

A room full of light

“As the lights dim, three hundred lanterns rise together. Each one a promise kept, a door opened, a path illuminated toward healing.”

It is the moment the evening has been building toward: not a statistic on a screen, but a living constellation held in the hands of everyone who chose to show up and give. This is what your seat at the table makes possible.
